Katsuyuki Satou (<i>Mamahaha no Tsurego ga Motokano datta<\/i>) is designing the characters.<\/p>\n<p>Ghost Mikawa began penning the light novel\u2014also known by its short title <i>ImoUza<\/i>\u2014through the GA Bunko imprint in April 2019, featuring illustrations by Tomari (<i>Spy Kyoushitsu<\/i>). SB Creative published the 11th volume on March 15.<\/p>\n<p>\nA manga adaptation by Hira Hiraoka began on the Manga UP! web magazine in December 2019. Square Enix published the ninth volume on March 7.<\/p>\n<p>\nJ-Novel Club licensed the light novel in English in November 2020 and released the eighth volume in August 2023.
