Europe, facing renewed geopolitical pressure to secure its technology stack, is betting on advanced research and industrial pilot lines as strategic assets.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p paraeid=\"{a5cf4ad7-1255-449c-aacd-c28177fa3692}{97}\" paraid=\"202322686\" data-ccp-padding-between=\"0px\" data-ccp-border-between=\"0px none #000000\" data-ccp-padding-bottom=\"0px\" data-ccp-border-bottom=\"0px none #000000\"><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Default\">Van den hove highlighted a paradox: AI is moving so fast that traditional chip design cycles <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Default\">can<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Default\">\u2019<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Default\">t<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Default\"> keep up.
