Any shop found to be in contravention of our code of practice will be removed from Website-Directory.uk.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Code of Practice for Retailers<\/h3>\n<p>All web sites submitted to <strong>Website-Directory.uk<\/strong> must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be based in the UK and deliver to the UK.<\/li>\n<li>Have online ordering and secure credit card payment facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Take payment in pounds sterling.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly display product prices and delivery prices.<\/li>\n<li>Sell products that can be despatched immediately, or display availability and anticipated despatch dates for those that can&#8217;t.<\/li>\n<li>Show full contact details including phone numbers, postal and e-mail addresses and a contact name. We won&#8217;t accept sites with just a PO box number.<\/li>\n<li>Prominently display customer service information, including delivery information, a refunds and returns policy and information on how to cancel orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>We reserve the right to remove listings from <strong>Website-Directory.uk<\/strong>\u00a0 if they do not adhere to our code of practice.<\/h3>\n<p>If we remove your shop from <strong>Website-Directory.uk<\/strong>\u00a0 then all recurring subscription \/ advertising payments will be cancelled.
